My Story

Interior design has been a part of who I am for as long as I can remember. Even as a young child, I was fascinated by colors, textures, patterns, and the way thoughtful design could transform a space. Looking back, I never imagined that this passion would one day become my profession.

Originally from Mumbai, India, I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture along with a Diploma in Interior Design & Decoration before moving to Boston over 20 years ago. Determined to continue the career I loved, I joined a design firm in Newton as a Junior Architect just a few months after arriving in the United States.

Since then, I've had the privilege of working with some of Boston's leading design firms, including Elkus Manfredi Architects and Bergmeyer, where I gained experience designing commercial, retail, and residential interiors. Along the way, my travels around the world - including my three years living in Switzerland - deepened my appreciation for timeless design, quality craftsmanship, and homes that reflect the people who live in them.

As my career evolved, I discovered that my true passion lies in residential interior design. While raising two children, I completed the intensive NKBA-accredited Kitchen & Bath Design program and became an Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer (AKBD). This specialized training strengthened my expertise in creating spaces that balance beauty, function, and efficiency while respecting each client's lifestyle and budget.

Today, I specialize in designing kitchens and thoughtfully curated living spaces that are both practical and inviting. I believe exceptional design begins with listening. Every client has a unique story, and my role is to understand how you live, what inspires you, and how your home can better support your everyday life.

Whether your project is a complete renovation or a single room refresh, I approach every project with the same dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. I believe in honest communication, educating my clients throughout the design process, and helping them make informed decisions that maximize both their investment and the beauty of their home.
