Growing up and still in elementary grade, I recollect memories of always trying to decorate my house with beautiful colors, patterns and textures. Fast forward, I never thought I would be able to pursue my love for Interior Design and be a professional Interior Designer.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and an Interior Design & Decoration Diploma under my belt, I came to Boston 20 years ago from the bustling city of Mumbai (formerly known as Bombay). I was keen to start where I left off - working as a Junior Architect in one of the prestigious firms in Mumbai. Within 3 months of moving to Boston, I landed my very first job at a small design firm in Newton in 2001 as a Junior Architect. From there on, I moved to work in Interior Design which included Commercial, Retail and Residential Interior Design, with 2 of the top firms in Boston - Elkis Manfredi Architects and Bergmeyer, Inc. My travels around the world and recently living in Switzerland for 3 years, inspired me further to continue on this road.

With all these experiences, I was sure I wanted to further specialize in Residential Interior Design. While being a busy mother of two, I went on to complete a full time one-year NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) accredited program in Kitchen & Bath Design so I was able to do better in my work and then went on to become an AKBD (Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer). This program has enabled me to create spaces with great thought to design, efficiency, aesthetics and work with different budgets with all the knowledge I gained.

I have designed several kitchens as well as other residential spaces in the past firms I worked, all with happy clients! No project is too small for me and I strive to work hard and be committed to all my clients while taking pride in my attention to details in all my projects. Rest assured you will receive an honest, authentic and open approach from my side because I believe it is important to educate clients on how to effectively use their budget and know about all the products in use. I want to listen and learn the way you live, what you expect out of the new space and what do you want to feel in the new space. All this information is key to my design planning and décor.

I aim to deliver a design that is timeless, one that brings warmth, joy, reflects your style and most importantly makes you feel you are home!
